For appointments of $40 and over, or more than one service, are secured with a credit card. Large party contracts are required.
As a courtesy to other guests and our team members, we require a 48-hour notice of cancellation prior to your service to avoid a penalty on your refund. In full, services purchased online are completely refundable up to 14 days after the purchase date with the exception of services that are within the 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you would like to cancel a service that was purchased more than 14 days prior or is scheduled within 48 hours of your request, those services cannot be fully refunded and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Additionally, gift cards are non-refundable after purchase. Thank you for understanding!
As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off during your visit with us. Thank you!
We love children, however we are unable to accommodate them during your service. Please make appropriate arrangements prior to your appointment so that you and others may relax during your visit with us.
We regret that Oasis Day Spa cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
Gratuities cannot be charged or added to any credit card or bank card, however it can be left in cash, check or deducted from a gift card. Gratuities are not included in our pricing.
Eighteen years of age or younger will need a parent or legal guardian with them to sign a consent form for any service.
We do not allow alcohol on spa premises. Please do not bring any alcohol with you to the spa and none of our services include it.
If a provided check happens to bounce and be returned, there will be a $30 charge for the inconvenience of the situation.
